INTI College Sabah’s Alumni Sharing on “ Building Connections: The Importance of Networking & Collaboration."

On 9 June 2026, ICS alumnus and marketing professional Low Eng Hong conducted a sharing session titled "Building Connections: The Importance of Networking & Collaboration." During the session, he shared his educational journey from completing a Diploma in Business to earning a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Event Management and Marketing, as well as his professional experiences in event management, marketing, and the FMCG industry.

He emphasized the vital role that networking and collaboration play in creating career and business opportunities. Drawing from his experience working with renowned brands such as Honda, UOB, Chery, Seiko, Acer, and Nintendo, he demonstrated how professional relationships can lead to new projects, career advancement, and valuable industry exposure.

He encouraged students to take initiative, and gain practical experience through part-time employment, event participation, entrepreneurship, and extracurricular activities He also shared an important piece of advice:"Start even when you feel lost."

The session highlighted the importance of building meaningful connections, developing strong communication skills, and collaborating effectively with others to achieve personal and professional success.
