2) Materials Required for Enrollment:
a) A valid passport (original, within 12 months).
b) Conditional Admission Letter (printed version).
c) Original language proficiency certificate.
d) High school transcripts (notarized copies in both English and Chinese, original).
e) High school diploma (notarized copies in both English and Chinese, original).
f) Eight passport-sized photos (3.5 cm width x 5 cm height) with a blue background (physical copies).
g) Vaccination record (if available, needed for filling in vaccination dates during medical examination).
Documents for Accompanying Parents:
a) Valid passport.
b) Arrival Card (printed).
c) Round-trip itinerary (printed).
d) Hotel booking information (printed).
e) Boarding pass (to be obtained at the airport).
Note: Ensure all documents are valid to avoid expiration during the study period.
Financial Preparation:
- Be aware of and prepare sufficient funds for tuition and living expenses.
- Set up an international credit card or a foreign bank account in advance (if the student is under 18, the guardian will need to handle the setup, with the student having a supplementary card) to facilitate daily expenses.
